Evaluation of pulmonary problems to a certain extent is part of a medical care of neurologic patient. The clinical practice usually pertains to pulmonary abnormalities in acute brain injury, to longstanding or acute neuromuscular disorders and treatment may include preexisting disease. This chapter reviews what would be considered a good knowledge base on pulmonary problems and how effectively treat them.
