Axial fat-suppressed SSFP images (Figure 3.15.1) and axial pre- (Figure 3.15.2) and arterial phase postgadolinium (Figure 3.15.3) 3D SPGR images demonstrate diffuse dilatation of intra- and extrahepatic biliary ducts. Note the numerous intraductal stones (bright on precontrast T1-weighted 3D SPGR images) in intrahepatic ducts.
