61-year-old woman with a history of a ruptured left silicone implant 12 to 15 years ago. At that time, the ruptured implant and as much free silicone as possible were removed and a new silicone implant was placed. Recently, the patient was called back after screening mammography for a dense left axillary lymph node that on subsequent US was thought to contain silicone.
