31-year-old woman with epigastric discomfort found to have a renal mass on CT at an outside institution

Axial fat-suppressed T2-weighted FSE (Figure 7.16.1), axial IP-OP 2D SPGR (Figure 7.16.2), and axial postgadolinium 3D SPGR (Figure 7.16.3) images show a mass originating from the posterior right kidney with heterogeneous increased T2-signal intensity and irregular enhancement. No definite fat content is identified....
