This chapter provides instructions for conducting the fifth session of individual meaning-centered psychotherapy. The reader is instructed to introduce and explore the topic of “Creative Sources of Meaning” and the guiding theme: “Creativity, Courage, and Responsibility.” By the end of Session 5, the patient will have a solid understanding of the significance of the creative sources of meaning (creativity, courage, and responsibility) as important resources for meaning in his or her life.
