Note the outpouching of the right lateral ventricle wall extending toward the cleft and extension of the subarachnoid fluid on the outer surface of the cortex into the cleft on the right (arrows). The coronal image also shows absence of the septum pellucidum and a box-like configuration of the frontal horns of the lateral ventricles....
