Longitudinal ultrasound image (left) reveals a bilobed homogeneous mass (M) arising from the right kidney (arrows).

Coronal reformatted CT image (right) shows the right mass (M) as well as several hypo-enhancing masses in the left kidney (arrowheads), some of which are triangular. The middle, round mass was also a Wilms’ tumor....
