2-day-old with abdominal distention.

KUB (left) shows many distended, tubular loops of bowel consistent with distal obstruction.

Contrast enema (right) demonstrates small caliber of the left colon (arrowheads) but normal rectosigmoid ratio, and an abrupt transition at the splenic flexure (arrow). The patient passed a meconium plug at the end of the procedure....
