PA chest radiograph (previous page) demonstrates upper lobe-predominant increased interstitial markings with upper lobe bronchiectasis (arrowheads). Right paratracheal adenopathy is also noted.

The differential diagnosis of bronchiectasis includes recurrent aspiration, chronic foreign body aspiration, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, primary ciliary dyskinesia, and congenital or acquired immunodeficiency syndromes....
