These are prone to pneumothoraces, but eventually the pneumatoceles resolve

This condition is not the same as staphylococcal pneumonia pneumatoceles

Mostly in upper two-thirds (a “SIS” condition)

Note adenopathy, which occurs in about 20% of cases
