Case 73 is a 42-year-old woman with history of cirrhosis and acute and chronic renal failure who underwent an MR angiogram to evaluate her renal transplant. She had an abdominal MR and an MR angiogram two years prior during which she received 40 cc gadodiamide injected intravenously. At the time of the MR shown here the patient was confined to a wheelchair with continuing complaints of muscle aches, weakness, joint pain and stiffness, dry skin, and hair loss. The case includes diagnosis, findings, differential diagnosis, teaching points, and management.
