Case 61 is a 58-year-old woman with a history of alcohol-related cirrhosis who underwent screening MR for hepatocellular carcinoma as part of her workup for liver transplant. An outside MR was reported to show a questionable lesion, and the case includes diagnosis, findings, differential diagnosis, teaching points, and management.
