Case 14b: A 25-year-old woman with no past medical history presented with fever, chills, nonproductive cough, and dyspnea over the course of two weeks. She had been treated empirically with azithromycin followed by levofloxacin, but still had intermittent fevers as high as 102° F and precipitously worsening dyspnea.
