Case 11g: A 46-year-old man presented to the emergency department with sore throat, abdominal pain, fever, and a diffuse erythematous rash that began 5 days prior to presentation. He also noted headaches, diffuse myalgias, joint pains, nausea, and diarrhea that began the previous day.
