Case 10d: An 84-year old man with a past medical history signifi cant for atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, hypertension, BPH, and spinal stenosis presented to the emergency department with fevers, chills, shortness of breath, and increasing confusion. His medications at home included atenolol, digoxin, furosemide, coumadin, prednisone, and terazosin.
