Chapter 16 discusses the nonbiological interventions are used in autism and related disorders. Most of these have been developed within the fields of education, behavior modification and neuropsychology/cognitive psychology, including intervention, diagnosis, prognosis, parent and interest groups, comorbidity, SEN interventions, changing societal attitudes, and other interventions.
