This chapter explores vulval problems, such as pruritus vulvae (lichen sclerosus, lichen simplex, contact dermatitis, and lichen planus), vulval pain, as well as malignant and benign vulval lumps and vulval ulcers (herpes, apthous ulcer, syphilis, vulval carcinoma, and Crohn's disease). The chapter looks at the differential diagnosis and management for each of these problems.
