Viva 63 shows a patient 6 months following a right TKR. She is complaining of pain. What are the commonest causes of pain following a TKR? How should this patient be investigated and managed? The blood tests show raised CRP and ESR, and the aspirate grows coagulase-negative, Gram-positive cocci after 5 days. How should this be managed?
