Paget disease is common, with important complications. This chapter deals with the clinical aspects, the evidence for genetic and viral causes, and effects of current treatment with bisphosphonates. Rare related conditions include juvenile Paget disease, Paget disease and frontotemporal dementia, familial expansile osteolysis, and expansile skeletal hyperphosphatasia.
