The developments in radiation delivery in the last decade have been dramatic. We can now accurately deliver image guided and/or adaptive radiotherapy. However all the advances in image guided radiotherapy (IGRT) rely on accurate definition of target volumes, and hence imaging is crucial at all stages in the radiotherapy process....
