The Holmium laser has excellent haemostatic and incisional properties

Patients having Holmium laser enucleation of the Prostate have:

Reduced perioperative morbidity, catheter time and hospital stay when compared to TURP or open prostatectomy

Equivalent subjective and objective outcomes when compared to TURP or open prostatectomy

Wide applicability—no limit to the size of the prostate that can be treated.
