Epidemiology and management of PAH in PVOD and/or PCH 70

Both PVOD and PCH are rare causes of PAH. PVOD is more common than PCH. They are grouped together because their histology and clinical presentations are similar. They are thought to be part of a spectrum of IPAH and familial PAH. Their presentation and risk factors are also similar. Risk factors include scleroderma, HIV infection, and the use of anorexigens.
