This chapter discusses the imaging findings of patients with spinal neurosarcoidosis. It reviews briefly the history of this disorder, the salient imaging features of the condition, and its protean manifestations ranging from leptomeningeal to intramedullary and osseous disease, and discusses the difficulty in distinguishing it both clinically and radiologically from other conditions. Clinical information that would help facilitate the diagnosis is also discussed.
