This chapter describes a case of hyperflexion injury in a patient with acute quadriplegia post-motor vehicle crash. Hyperflexion can result in a spectrum of spine injuries. The key imaging features of this spectrum of injuries on radiographs, CT, and MRI are detailed. A brief discussion is also made of management options. Key learning points are highlighted.
