This chapter provides the reader a brief yet high-yield review with illustrations of the anatomy of the neck and chest from a clinical perspective. The chapter sections are organized by keywords and cover anesthesia-relevant anatomical topics, such as musculoskeletal anatomy and correlating vascular anatomy. All of the illustrations depict the topographic and regional anatomy discussed throughout the section. Such information reinforces the reader’s the understanding of the topographical anatomy associated with or most pertinent to the care of patients in the field of anesthesiology. This includes but is not limited to intubation, difficult airway management, regional anesthesia, and central venous access.
