This chapter focuses on how lifestyle medicine encourages the acknowledgment of age-related changes to memory and cognition via lifestyle-based approaches. Future work should take care to encompass existing data into an overall clinical and lifestyle-based strategy to reduce the risk and potentially delay the onset of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia symptoms.
