Many patients present with mixed valve lesions. The general approach is to determine which is the predominant pathology and most significant, and apply treatment principles for that lesion. Haemodynamic goals can be opposite for each lesion, and so maintaining normal haemodynamic conditions and treating for the predominant lesion are important....
