This chapter provides guidance on the skin manifestations of haematological disease and malignancy, including early and late reactions to radiotherapy, skin diseases induced by radiotherapy, the presentation of acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease, the skin manifestations of polycythaemia rubra vera, essential thrombocythaemia, multiple myeloma, leukaemias, and lymphomas. Familial cancers affecting the skin and paraneoplastic skin changes are discussed.
