Reports of prenatal diagnosis of eye and adnexal anomalies appeared in the literature in the 1980s. This chapter is a review of most reported cases. Many reports include cases with multiple ocular findings; we chose to categorize them by the ocular finding that was most emphasized in the original report. Since many syndromes include ocular anomalies, we utilized only reports of cases that included a specific description of the ocular imaging.
