Layers: skin, Camper's fascia, Scarpa's fascia, musculo-aponeurotic layer, transversalis fascia, pre-peritoneal fat, peritoneum.

Muscles: laterally—external oblique, internal oblique, transversus abdominus. Midline—rectus abdominus surrounded by the rectus sheath.

Vascular supply: Superior epigastric, intercostal, deep and superficial inferior epigastric, deep and superficial circumflex iliac arteries....
