The investigation of the neurophysiology of physiological tremor has given great insight into the altered physiology that may be responsible for pathological tremors (Marsden 1978 and 1984).
One class of pathological tremor appears to be due to exaggerated or enhanced physiological tremor. These are the subjects of this chapter.
