This chapter is a practical how-to for funding strategies for arts-based and health humanities teaching in postgraduate medical education. Ideas contained here are suggestions and not meant to be an exhaustive manual, however they may direct the reader towards resources not previously considered. From support for specific activities and workshops to seeking major gifts for the creation of faculty-wide humanities programs, it is a broad-based fundraising how-to, suggesting both, small, incremental changes as well as broad, dramatic ways in which such programs can be transformed and provided with badly—needed resources. The main objective is not necessarily to answer all the question, but rather to overcome the inherent bias against fundraising that the academics experience in their careers.
