Interventional radiologist play a major role in management of patients with ascites, nonmalignant biliary obstruction and pseudocysts of the pancreatic. The aim of this chapter is to improve interventional radiologist’s clinical knowledge in regards to above mentioned categories and to provide a brief management algorithm in treating these diseases.
