Cancers arising in the thorax, including tumors of bronchial structures and thymus, are relatively common causes of paraneoplastic syndromes. Moreover, each of the tumors can cause a wide variety of different neurologic disorders. This chapter considers first lung cancers and then tumors of the thymus.
