Longitudinal ultrasound image of the anterior abdominal wall shows a tubular structure (arrowheads) connecting the anterior superior bladder (B) to the umbilicus.

Drainage from the urachus may be due to urachal remnant, which connects to the bladder, or to a remnant of the omphalomesenteric or vitelline duct, which connects to the intestine....
