AP radiograph of the pelvis (left) reveals that the medullary cavity of the metaphysis and diaphysis of the left femur is diffusely abnormal and slightly expanded with ground-glass-opacity material (arrowheads) causing endosteal scalloping. Acute varus bowing of the proximal femur represents the “shepherd's crook” deformity....
