5-year-old with multiple deformities.

Radiographs of the knees and right upper extremity show multiple sessile and pedunculated excrescences (arrowheads) directed away from the physis. The cortex and medullary cavity of these are continuous with those of the adjacent bone. These cause widening and deformity of the metadiaphyses of the involved bones. Note that the ulna is shortened and the distal radius is bowed (pseudo-Madelung deformity)....
