PA chest radiograph (left) shows right lower lobe consolidation and paraspinal mass (arrowheads).

Coronal CT reformat shows elongate paraspinal tumor with subtle neural foraminal invasion (arrowhead).

Differential includes other ganglion cell tumors, but the age makes neuroblastoma the most likely diagnosis....
