Abdominal pain in pregnancy is a common problem. Pregnancy may alter the classical symptoms and signs of illness, and changes in physiology and immunity may influence investigation findings. As a result, achieving an accurate diagnosis may be difficult and can be delayed. The chapter discusses causes of abdominal pain, and clinical diagnosis.
