Information on current dietary patterns in the UK is taken from the National Diet and Nutrition Survey (NDNS). NDNS is a rolling programme commissioned by PHE and FSA, and surveys people aged 1.5 years and older living in private households. Combined intakes in 2009 and 2011–2012 for adults aged 19–64 years (conducted between February 2008 and June 2009) and the 2000/01 survey are reported as appropriate....
